I'd like to also mention that some of the Banks in New England are matching people's donations to the Red Cross for Hurricane Katrina until the end of this month. So, if you're going to donate try going through your local bank wherever you live and see if they'll match it.

I also know of a Tanning Salon that's matching donations and there's a call for all belly-dancers in the Boston area to perform a show on September 25 with the proceeds going to the Red Cross for Katrina Refugees. It seems that people are pitching in any way they can.

Many people are doing some wonderful things in our world and unfortunately some of them are not getting a mention (like Cuba) for their helping offers. The offers in themselves are testaments to how many good people there really are in this world and they are still the majority.

Texas Welcomes all the people of New Orleans, Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi, whom were devastated by hurricane Katrina.
